• You provide: email (newsletter), name and contact details, contributor access codes, submission text, optional photo/video links, merch checkout details (billing/shipping as collected by our payment processor).
• Automatically: IP address, browser type, device info, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and similar analytics events via our site analytics.
• Cookies / local storage: preferences, cart contents, and basic session data needed for the Site to work.

2. How we use information

• Operate and improve the Site, Live Sessions, CMS, and merch checkout.
• Send newsletters and editorial updates you signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Review and publish contributor submissions.
• Process orders, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
• Measure traffic and engagement (analytics).
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing such as Stripe, fulfillment).
• DMG network tools used to operate HipHop615 (for example admin CMS, upload portal, automation).
• Legal / safety when required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers if we merge, sell, or reorganize assets (you will still be owed notice consistent with this Policy).

Payment card details are processed by Stripe (or a successor processor). Their privacy policy applies to card data.
